The system uses RAKE cut -off valves, ball valves, 25P steam pressure reducing valves, steam separators, and float traps. The director of the company responsible for the steam system, Hong Jinning, said that since the entire system uses Rick valves, the system design is reasonable, the steam decompression is very stable, and the use of the steam separator makes the steam entering each workshop very dry, greatly improving the ironing effect. There is no steam running and dripping in the system until now, and almost no maintenance is required, and the steam consumption of the whole plant is only about 0.5 tons / hour.
