- FYS-150 cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer instructions
1. Before the screening test, adjust the digital display time relay to set it at 120s, then place the negative pressure screen on the sieve seat, cover the screen cover, turn on the power supply, and adjust the negative pressure to -4000~-6000pa range. Inside, then shut down.
2. Weigh 25g of the sample, place it in a clean negative pressure screen, cover the sieve cover, start the instrument again, and continuously sieve it. During this period, if the sample is attached to the sieve cover, tap the sieve cover to test. The sample falls, and the instrument automatically stops when the sieve is over 120s.
3. After screening, re-screen the residue with a balance scale.
- working principle
The FSY-150 cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer uses airflow as the dynamic medium for screening. When working, the whole system maintains a negative pressure state, and the powder material to be tested in the screen is under the action of the airflow emitted by the rotating air nozzle. It is in a fluid state and moves with the gas flow. The coarse particles with a particle size larger than the pore size of the sieve are left in the test sieve to achieve the purpose of screening. A small cyclone dust collecting cylinder is used in the screening system to collect fine particles passing through the screen from the airflow, and the collection rate can reach more than 95%.
- Structural principle of FYS-150 cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer
The negative pressure sieve analyzer is mainly composed of a box body, a sieve seat, a barrel vacuum cleaner device and a digital display time controller.
A synchronous motor, a nozzle, a hard tube, etc. are arranged in the sieve seat, and a test sieve and a sieve cover are placed thereon. The lower end of the hard pipe is connected with the air inlet of the cyclone by a hose, and the small port is connected to the negative pressure gauge by a hose.
The bucket vacuum cleaner is used as a negative pressure source, and the suction port is connected to the air outlet of the cyclone cylinder, and the motor can be steplessly adjusted through the pressure regulating knob on the panel to change the working negative pressure of the instrument at any time.
The cyclone dust collecting device is composed of a cyclone cylinder and a dust collecting bottle. The configuration of the cyclone tube mouth greatly improves the dust collecting efficiency, so that 95% of the cement dust falls into the dust collecting bottle, thereby reducing the number of cleaning of the vacuum cleaner.
The digital display time controller consists of a digital display screen and a timer. On the one hand, the working time is displayed, and on the other hand, the instrument can automatically stop after 2 minutes of operation.
After the negative pressure screening is started, the vacuum cleaner and the synchronous motor start to work, so that the sieve seat is kept under the negative pressure state, and the fine powder of the cement to be tested on the test sieve becomes dynamic under the action of the airflow sprayed by the nozzle, wherein the particle size The fine powder smaller than the sieve pore size is sucked away by the test sieve under the suction of the negative pressure, and the fine powder having the larger particle diameter than the sieve mesh is left on the test sieve, thereby completing the screening and meeting the test requirements specified in GB1345-91.
- Operating procedure
1. Turn on the power supply, check whether the circuit system and control system are normal, and adjust the negative pressure to the range of 4000~6000Pa. If the working negative pressure does not meet the requirements, the cement in the vacuum cleaner should be cleaned to make the negative pressure return to normal.
Second, the cement sample should be well mixed, through the 0.9mm square hole sieve, record the residue of the sieve, to prevent mixing with other cement when screening.
3. Weigh 25g of the sample, place it in a clean negative pressure screen, cover it with a sieve cover, place it on the sieve holder, and start the sieve analyzer to continuously sieve for 2 minutes. During this period, if any sample adheres to the sieve cover, The sample can be dropped by tapping gently.
4. The test sieve must be kept clean and the sieve hole is smooth. If the sieve hole is blocked by cement and affects the sieve residue, it can be soaked with weak acid, gently brushed with a brush, rinsed with fresh water, and dried.
5. After the sample is sieved, weigh the residue with the balance and calculate the percentage of the sieve residue.
Sixth, the test sieve correction coefficient determination method: using a known percentage of the powder sample (the sample is not affected by the environment, the percentage of the sieve residue does not change) as a standard sample on the test sieve to determine the percentage of the sieve residue, calculate the correction coefficient.
7. The cement sample sieve residue percentage is multiplied by the correction factor to obtain the sieve residue percentage after the cement sample is corrected.
8. After each test, wipe the surface of the instrument and spare it, and do regular instrument maintenance.
Nine, turn off the power.
- Precautions
1. Periodically pour off the cement in the dust collection bottle.
2. If the negative pressure does not meet the national standard requirements (-4000 ~ -6000pa) after using for a period of time, please clean the dust bag in the vacuum cleaner.
3. The vacuum cleaner should not work continuously for more than 15 minutes, otherwise it will be overheated and burned out.
- experiment procedure
During this period, if the sample is attached to the sieve cover, tap the sieve cover to make the test. The sample falls, and the instrument automatically stops when the sieve is over 120s.
3. After screening, re-screen the residue with a balance scale.
