Operational precautions
1. Before use, first check if all the fasteners of the machine are tightened and the belt is tight.
2. The direction of the spindle running must conform to the direction of the arrow shown on the protective cover, otherwise the machine will be damaged and personal injury may result.
3. Check if the appliance is complete.
4. Check whether there are any hard objects such as metal in the crushing room of the machine. Otherwise, the tool will be damaged and the machine will be affected.
5. The material must be checked for purity before crushing. Metal hard materials are not allowed to be mixed in, so as to avoid damage to the tool or cause burning.
6. The oil cup on the machine should be filled with lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
7. Stop feeding before stopping. If you do not continue to use, remove the leftovers from the machine.
8. Check the tool and the screen regularly for damage. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.
9. When the machine body is used, there will be slight vibration. Be sure to tighten the cover connecting handle to avoid accidents.
By using the relatively high speed operation between the movable toothed disc and the fixed sprocket wheel, the pulverized object is pulverized by the impact of the sprocket, the friction and the collision of the materials with each other. The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber, and the particle size is determined by changing the mesh of different meshes. The structure of the machine is simple, sturdy, stable, and the material is quick and uniform, and the effect is good. The machine is made of stainless steel material. All the tooth grooves inside the casing (crushing tank) are precision machined to achieve smooth surface and easy to clean. It changes the rough inner wall of ordinary crusher, easy to accumulate powder and difficult to clean.
