Occurrence: Cucumber wilt, also known as culm disease, can develop from the seedling stage to the adult stage. Typical symptoms are wilting. Seedlings infected, the cotyledon first yellow, wilting or the whole plant withered; adult disease, diseased plants gradually wilting from the lower to the upper, early morning and evening can be restored, and will not return after a few days, eventually leading to the death of the whole plant; root disease, The roots are rotten and easy to pull up. The stems are longitudinally split. The stems of the longitudinal cuts show that the vascular bundles turn brown and there is a little glial overflow.
Control methods:
1. Select resistant varieties. The resistance to fusarium wilt and epidemic disease among cucumber varieties was obviously different; in response to local conditions, disease-resistant varieties were selected.
2, a reasonable rotation. Non-guarantee crop rotation for more than 5 years.
3, clean the pastoral. After the harvest, the dead leaves and sick bodies in the upper part of the ground were promptly removed, combined with deep turning.
4, pharmaceutical control. The 50% carbendazim WP was used to sterilize the seedbeds and irrigate the roots. This method has obvious effects on controlling the occurrence of blight and epidemic diseases.
