This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of industrial valve pneumatic devices (hereinafter referred to as "pneumatic devices"). This standard is applicable to linear pneumatic devices for linear motion and industrial rotary valves, as well as rotary pneumatic devices (360° rotation) for rotary motion, pneumatic devices with electromagnetic control.
The operating conditions of the pneumatic device are as follows:

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 linear pneumatic device
In a closed gas circuit, a pneumatic device that causes the output shaft of the pneumatic device to move linearly by the action of compressed air.
3.2 Retrofit pneumatic device
In the closed gas circuit, the pneumatic output shaft is operated by a pneumatic device with a rotary motion of less than 360° by means of compressed air.
3.3 Stroke of the pneumatic device stroke
Under the action of compressed air, the output shaft of the pneumatic device is displaced along the line in its axial direction or angularly around the center of its axis.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Pneumatic device structure
4.1.1 Pneumatic devices shall consist of cylinders, opening indications, stroke limits, pneumatic components, manual mechanisms, signal feedback and other components.
4.1.2 The connection dimensions of the pneumatic device and the valve shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 12222 and GB/T 12223.
4.1.3 Pneumatic device with buffer mechanism, the stroke length of the buffer mechanism can be specified in Table 1.
4.1.4 Pneumatic devices with adjustable buffer mechanism shall have a mechanism for adjusting the buffering action outside the cylinder.
4.1.5 Pneumatic device with manual mechanism, when the air source is interrupted, it should be able to use its manual mechanism to open and close the valve. When facing the handwheel, the handwheel or handle should be rotated counterclockwise to open the valve, clockwise rotation The valve is closed.
4.1.6 When the end of the piston rod is internal or external, there should be a wrench opening suitable for the standard wrench.
4.1.7 The sealing ring of the piston should be easy to replace and repair.
4.1.8 The thread size of the cylinder inlet and outlet shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 7306.1, GB/T 7306.2 and GB/T 7307.
4.2 Performance
4.2.1 The rated output force or torque of the pneumatic device shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 12222 and GB/T 12223.
4.2.2 Under no-load conditions, the air pressure specified in Table 2 shall be input to the cylinder, and its action shall be smooth, without jamming and creeping.
4.2.3 Under the air pressure of 0.6 MPa, the output torque or thrust of the pneumatic device in both directions shall be not less than the value indicated by the pneumatic device label, and the action shall be flexible, and no permanent deformation of each part is allowed. And other anomalies.
4.2.4 Sealing test When testing with zui working pressure, the amount of air leaking from the side of each back pressure shall not exceed (3+0.15D)cm3/min (standard state); leakage from the end cover and output shaft The amount of air that is discharged must not exceed (3 + 0.15d) cm3/min.
Note: D is the cylinder inner diameter, d is the output shaft diameter, the unit is mm; for the vane cylinder, D takes the third of the blade circumference.
4.2.5 Strength test The test was carried out with a large working pressure of 1.5 times zui. After the test pressure was maintained for 3 minutes, leakage and structural deformation were not allowed in the cylinder end cover and static sealing part.
4.2.6 The number of action life times, the pneumatic device simulates the valve action. In the case of maintaining the output torque or thrust capability in both directions, the opening and closing times of the opening and closing operation should be no less than 50,000 times (the start-close cycle is once).
4.2.7 Pneumatic device with buffer mechanism, when the piston moves to the end position of the stroke, no impact phenomenon is allowed.
4.3 Surface and appearance quality
4.3.1 There shall be no scratches, cuts, blowholes, burrs, etc. on the end cap, end flange and box of the casting cylinder.
4.3.2 The paint surface or chemical treatment layer on the outer surface of the pneumatic device shall be smooth, smooth, uniform in color, free of oil, indentation and other mechanical damage.
