First, the structure is brief

The shape of SG2 series resistance furnace is cylindrical, consisting of furnace shell, refractory layer, insulation layer, heating element and furnace cover. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate, the working chamber is a forming furnace, the inner surface of the furnace is made up of a spiral wire groove, the heating element is wound by high-quality high-temperature electric resistance wire and placed in the wire groove, and the extraction pole is taken out through the casing. Externally connected to the temperature control cabinet, this structure has the advantage of being convenient to replace the furnace wire. Between the furnace and the furnace shell is an insulation layer composed of refractory fibers or the like. The furnace cover is welded with high-quality steel plate and welded with a thermocouple seat and a handle. The furnace cover is filled with refractory fiber, and a travel switch is arranged beside the furnace cover to control the on and off of the furnace power supply to avoid dangerous events. The thermocouple is inserted into the furnace from the furnace lid.

Second , the installation and use of equipment

1. This series of resistance furnaces does not need special installation, just put it on a flat ground or workbench. The controller should avoid vibration, and the placement position should not be too close to the electric furnace to prevent overheating and the electronic components from working properly.

2. Before installing the electric furnace, check whether it is damaged or incomplete due to transportation or other reasons. In the complete case, remove the dirt first, repair the defects found, and then install.

3. Insert the thermocouple from the even hole, and fill the gap between the even hole and the thermocouple with asbestos rope to prevent heat loss.

4. Check whether the heating element is broken, cracked, severely bent and pulled out of the brick.

5. Please refer to the wiring diagram in the controller manual to connect the power cable, electric furnace wire and compensation wire.

6. After the line is connected, please use the following procedure to dry the furnace before using it.

Third , maintenance and precautions

1. When the electric furnace is used once and used again after a long time of deactivation, the oven must be carried out;

2. The temperature of the electric furnace should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid burning the electric heating elements;

3. The controller should be protected from vibration and damage the instrument during handling.

4. Regularly check whether the contacts of the electric furnace and the controller are in good contact.

5. Workpieces with corrosive, volatile or explosive gases are strictly prohibited from being heated in the furnace to avoid affecting the life or explosion of the electric heating elements and refractory materials.

6. When the electric heating element is blown, if the local burning is lapped with the same material, the A402 welding rod is used for welding. If the burning is serious, it should be replaced again.
