Is rose cutting pruning now live?
The cuttings of the Chinese rose are mainly cuttage and grafting. Cuttings are generally available in spring or early summer, early autumn, rainy season and late autumn.
In the spring, cut a solid 15 cm long midsection, retain 3 leaves, insert two-thirds of the soil, pay attention to shading, watering, cuttings for 3-4 weeks to germinate.
In the summer cutting, the cut end of the lower part must be under the section, which is beneficial to the wound healing and rooting of the plant. The water should be sprayed every morning and it will germinate after about 20 days.
If the cuttings can be soaked with 500-1000 mg/L indolebutyric acid or 500 mg/L indole acetate for 1-3 seconds at the bottom of cuttings, the rooting can be promoted.
