From February 22 to March 15, the centralized law enforcement forces carried out special inspections and focused inspections. Including: school canteens, cafeterias of childcare institutions, catering service units around campus, custodian institutions outside school, delivery units for group meals, etc.; key inspections include: purchase inspection of food and food-related products, request for cable tickets, cleaning and disinfection of tableware, etc. Employees' health examinations, food samples, food storage and processing, whether there is cold food production and sales in the canteen, and whether the genetically modified edible oil is advertised. A total of 18 school canteens, 43 canteens in kindergartens, 16 custodian institutions outside the school, and 1 group meal delivery unit were inspected, 23 of which were ordered to make corrections. Signed the "Public Food Food Commitment Commitment" with the school canteen to clarify the main responsibility of food safety.
The third is to help guide and standardize operations. According to the "Food Safety Law" and "Food Service Food Safety Code of Practice", a standardized and unified food purchase inspection table, food waste disposal account, morning inspection record, training records for employees, and foods have been established. The sample keeping record and food safety management system were issued to each cafeteria and custodian institution in the process of supervision and inspection to guide them to implement various food safety systems and improve their food safety management standards.
In the next step, the council will join the local education department to continue to carry out special rectification work on campus and surrounding food safety, and actively explore how the regulatory authorities can establish effective food safety protection mechanisms with schools, students, parents and custodians.
