Technical application of double filter

The working principle of the double filter: two three-way ball valves are used to assemble two single-tube filters on one frame. The filter element of the filter, in addition to the stainless steel filter element, can also be made of high-quality honeycomb type degreased fiber cotton, which can filter out particles with a particle size of 1μ or more. The filter can also be used in a single cylinder. In this case, only the common base is removed. The remaining dimensions are unchanged.

Light industrial foods, materials with hygienic requirements in pharmaceutical production, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, grain and medical supplies.

The characteristics of the double filter: the inner and outer surfaces are polished, the stainless steel strainer and the filter support basket are installed in the filter cartridge, and the venting valve is arranged at the top for discharging the air inside the filter during filtration. The upper cover and the filter cartridge are connected by a quick-opening structure, which makes it easier to clean and replace the filter. The three adjustable feet allow the filter to be placed on the ground smoothly. The connecting pipe adopts the joint or clamp connection mode, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed by a three-way ball valve, which is resistant to pressure and temperature, flexible and convenient to operate, and has no more leakage of material liquid.
