Bread line handling and cleaning considerations
The bread production line is very wide. Here are some notes on machine operation and cleaning:
1. Place the machine on a boring, ventilated level ground before use to ensure that the machine works smoothly and securely.
2. Carefully check the iron inlet and hard object in the feeding port of the machine, and arrange it in time. Pull out the facing plate before use.
3. Check if the power supply voltage matches the power supply of the unit.
4. Extend the power cord to the factory, firmly ground the core with the grounding symbol, and connect the other three cores (two when equipped with a single motor) to the open load switch (gate switch). On the lead-out terminal, the open-type load switch is closed, and the switch is turned on. From the feed port, the movable roller is operated downwardly, and the test is carried out without any abnormality.
5. Adjust the roll gap as needed, and operate the handle to change the handwheel so that the adjustable roll advances and retreats, so that the rolling gap can be adjusted infinitely within 0-25mm, and the axial gap is uniform, so that the thickness of the rolled dough is uniform.
6. During operation, avoid hard objects entering the rolls and avoid damage to the two rolls.
Operation procedure: In order to improve the quality of the dough, extend the life of the machine and save energy, please adjust the roll gap from thick to thin in the operation, and the thickness of the face is 2-4 times of the thickness of the head. And do not put your hand close to the roll to avoid accidental damage. All protection and warranty work must be performed after the power is blocked.
1. Clean the machine carefully after each use to ensure that the food is hygienic. When cleaning, do not use sharps to scrape the two rolls, or use a spray pipe to clean.
2. Each shift from the fueling point to the gear to add lubricant once, choose gear oil or 20# oil or cooking oil, each filling amount to add dozens of drops is appropriate, turbine, worm and bearing lubrication The grease is replaced once every six months, and calcium-based grease is used.
3. Check the tightness and wear of the general V-belt and adjust or replace it in time.
4. When the machine is deactivated for a long time, a small amount of food oil should be rust-proofed on the surface of the two rolls.
