Because the water (nutrient solution) of hydroponic flowers is at rest, there is less dissolved oxygen, which is unfavorable for flower growth. The following measures are needed to increase the dissolution of oxygen.
1. Vibration and oxygenation. Fix the flower plant in one hand and gently shake it for more than 10 times with the other hand. The dissolved oxygen content of the nutrient solution after shaking can be increased by about 30%.
2. Increase the number of water changes. Changing the water is to replace the water in the bottle with the nutrient solution. Under normal circumstances, change water once every 5-10 days in spring and autumn; change water once every 5 days in summer; change water once every 10-15 days in winter. Put the tap water for two hours to half a day, wait until its temperature is close to room temperature, the chlorine in the water is evaporated, and then add the purchased nutrient solution proportionally, which becomes a nutrient solution for raising water and cultivating plants.
3. Add 1% hydrogen peroxide (3% hydrogen peroxide) to the nutrient solution.
4. Use a micro submersible pump or an aeration pump to oxygenate the nutrient solution. Plant roots can get enough oxygen in such an environment to promote healthy flower growth
