AP labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG instructions
AP labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG
â— Product introduction This antibody is a high-quality secondary antibody obtained by immunizing sheep with purified rabbit IgG and then purifying the obtained antiserum with an affinity purification column, and can be used for experiments such as Western, ELISA and IHC. AP, Alkaline Phosphatase, known in Chinese as alkaline phosphatase, can catalyze the coloration of chromogenic reagents such as BCIP/NBT or catalyze the chemiluminescence of appropriate chemiluminescent reagents when tested by Western or ELISA.
The recommended dilution ratio of this product for WB (Western blot), ELISA and IHC (Immunohistochemistry) is as follows. In the actual experimental operation, the dilution ratio of the secondary antibody should be adjusted according to the specific conditions of the antigen and antibody.
â— Product components:
IgG (0.4mg/ml) in 0.1 ml of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 1 mMzinc chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 1 mMmagnesium chloride.
â— Storage conditions:
Store at 4°C in the dark, effective for one year; avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
â— Instructions for use:
Western, ELISA or IHC please refer to the relevant experimental procedures. The initial dilution ratio of AP-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG was 1:5000, and the dilution range was 1:5000-1:10000.
