Special pump factory professional sharing: precautions for extending the life of the residual oil pump

When using the residual oil pump, refer to the precautions for maintenance to extend the service life of the pump:
1. During the handling of the residual oil pump, the appropriate lifting position should be selected to reduce the deformation of the pump.
2. The residual oil pump is installed outdoors. When the temperature is lower than -5 °C, the outside of the pump should be insulated to prevent the pump from cracking or affecting the normal operation of the pump.
3. Before installing the residual oil pump, check that the pump and motor are damaged during transportation. If the motor is damp, whether the dust cover of the pump inlet and outlet is damaged or not, so that the dirt enters the pump chamber.

4. When installing the inlet and outlet pipes, the inner wall of the pipe should be cleaned with kerosene.
5. The pump shaft and motor should be installed concentrically. Rotate the coupling by hand to rotate evenly.
6. The base of the residual oil pump should be fixed on a firm foundation to avoid vibration and affect the normal operation of the pump.
7. The oil inlet pipe should be designed with a separate bracket. The weight of the pipe should not be borne by the pump.
8. The inlet and outlet ports of the residual oil pump are closed at the factory to prevent dirt from entering, and the dust cover should be removed during installation.
9. The size of the inlet and outlet pipe diameter of the residual oil pump shall not be less than or greater than the inlet diameter of the pump. The inlet pipe shall be as short as possible to reduce the detour. The bending radius of the elbow should be as large as possible, and the inlet pipe inlet should be cut into 45 bevel angles to increase the oil inlet cross-sectional area. If necessary, a metal filter should be installed at the inlet of the inlet pipe. The effective area of the oil filter net should not be less than three times the diameter of the pipe.
