1. Selection and treatment of raw materials Flammulina velutipes with no disease, mildew, or root impurities The selected golden needle mushroom is placed in an aluminum pan, heated to 90 to 100° C., and boiled for 15 minutes to soften the mushroom.
2. Pulping and preparation The ratio of needle mushroom and water is 1:2. The needle mushroom is beaten into a slurry with a machine, separated at 1400 rpm with a centrifuge, filtered with a 80 mesh copper sieve, and taken as a filter. The filtrate of the mushroom was diluted 5 times with water, then 5% to 10% of apple juice and filtered syrup were added to make the sugar content of the beverage reach 10%, and the ratio of sugar to acid of 40-45:1 was added to the citric acid. The mixed filtrate was finely filtered through a 80 mesh copper sieve.
3. Sterilization and packaging The filtrate is placed at 100° C. After sterilization for 3 minutes, the filtrate is placed in a sterilized glass bottle and the lid is cooled, which becomes a nutritious, sweet and sour health drink.
