Laboratory oil-free vacuum pumping pump R300 pressure regulator buffer cup use and instructions
Compared with the ordinary vacuum pump, the R300 laboratory oil-free vacuum pump has a distinctive feature in that it has a specially designed vacuum regulating valve at the front end, which is convenient for customers who use suction filtration. However, many customers still do not understand the role and specific use of the component in the process of use, and can not play the role of the accessory. The following is a brief description of the components of the accessory, the role of each component, and the use of it.
The regulating valve of R300 oil-free vacuum pumping pump is divided into 5 parts. The name and function of each part are as follows:
1. Pump tube interface: used to connect the pipeline, and connect the vacuum pump and the filter bottle through the pipeline to form a system. The pagoda type used in the modified interface can be connected to hoses of various thicknesses and has strong versatility, including hoses with inner diameters of 4mm-8mm. If the filter unit is using other sizes of piping, you can also ask the dealer to replace the interface.
2. Vacuum gauge: used to observe the degree of vacuum, in order to understand the working state of the instrument, and whether it is normally filtered.
3. Regulating valve: Located at the bottom of the buffer cup, it is a rotatable knob that can be used together with a vacuum gauge to adjust the vacuum to change the filtration speed of the system.
4. Buffer cup: A buffer is formed between the inlet of the regulating valve and the inlet of the vacuum pump to prevent the filtrate from sucking up during suction filtration and damaging the vacuum gauge.
5. Filter element: It can prevent dust, particles or water vapor from directly sucking into the vacuum pump.
The main function of these components is to adjust the vacuum and prevent the filtrate from sucking up. The specific methods are as follows:
Adjustment of vacuum and pumping speed: The user can judge whether the adjustment is needed by observing the filtration speed of the liquid in the filter bottle. If necessary, select the metal knob at the bottom of the buffer cup.
Use of the buffer cup: When the filtrate is sucked into the buffer cup, the customer should stop working immediately and then turn off the vacuum pump. Remove the buffer cup. The buffer cup is threaded to the upper part and can be removed by gently rotating. Then pour out the internally accumulated filtrate, clean it with water, do not use a strong cleaning agent, and may corrode the buffer cup. After the cleaning is finished, re-tighten it.
