Fertilizer, not just over-fertilization
It is well known that the excessive application of chemical fertilizers will cause the soil fertilizer concentration to be too high, so that the roots of the crops will absorb nutrients and water, and the fertilizer will occur. In fact, in addition to this, the causes of fat damage are:
Blind application of nitrogen fertilizer. Most growers believe that crops have the greatest demand for nitrogen fertilizer. Therefore, once the crops are poorly grown, nitrogen fertilizers are often applied regardless of the cause. The more nitrogen fertilizer is applied, the more nitrogen fertilizer is used to cause fertilizer damage, especially the application of volatile hydrogen carbonate. Nitrogen fertilizers such as ammonium and ammonia are more likely to cause crop damage. Excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer will also cause the accumulation of nitric acid in plants, and the leaves will turn yellow. Among them, the application of nitrate nitrogen fertilizer is too much, and it is easy to cause chlorosis and deficiency of molybdenum.
Apply unfertilized organic fertilizer. Undecomposed organic fertilizers produce large amounts of organic acids and heat during the decomposition process, causing root burning.
The topdressing is too close to the roots of the crops, and it is also easy to cause crop damage.
In order to prevent crop damage, the following measures can be taken: 1. Without applying unfertilized organic fertilizer, the poultry manure should be mixed with chemical fertilizer after fermentation. 2. Fertilizers must be tested on soil and applied at a concentration, especially if nitrogen is not applied too much at a time. The concentration of foliar spray fertilizer should not be too high, especially when urea is used as foliar fertilizer, the concentration should not exceed 0.3%, and the spray can be wet. 3. Add organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer applied to the soil has a strong adsorption capacity for the cation, so that the concentration is not too high, and the buffering capacity of the soil nutrient is improved, thereby greatly reducing the occurrence of fertilizer damage. 4. Fertilization should be about 10 cm from the root of the crop, and it should be applied deep. Immediately after top dressing, cover the soil to prevent seedling stage burning and loss of fertilizer efficiency. Soil drought and topdressing need timely irrigation, reduce concentration, and avoid burning phenomenon.
