How to avoid the explosion of hot air circulation oven
From the structure of the hot air circulation oven, there is no possibility of explosion. Only the gas which accumulates flammability in the hot air circulation oven reaches a certain concentration, and the electrical structure of the hot air circulation oven has no explosion-proof measures.
Hot air circulation ovens are not designed for explosion protection. Ordinary hot air circulation ovens do not allow drying of items with volatile flammable materials.
There is a type of hot air circulation oven that is ventilated and does not accumulate flammable gases. It is such a hot air circulation oven that should be cautious if it is dried. Before the item enters the hot air circulation oven, it will not be allowed to bring in too much combustibles and should be pretreated. And you should also start the exhaust before you can put such items. At the beginning of drying, the door should not be closed tightly.
How to avoid explosion of hot air circulation oven?
The workpiece cannot be placed on the bottom plate of the studio. The workpiece in the studio cannot be filled. The air duct must be left between the workpieces. The air-exhausting and exhausting device of the hot air circulation oven should be installed according to the instructions.
The chamber is preheated to a drying temperature and enters a constant temperature phase, and the blower is always kept in operation. After turning off the heater power, open the hot air circulation oven door and place the workpiece into the working chamber, and use the waste heat to volatilize most of the mixed xylene gas. The heater must never be heated during the preheating process.
In the preheating process, the gas is directly extracted from the outside by means of a suction pipe, and the hot air circulation oven is maintained for half an hour. Or open the door after half an hour to release the volatilized mixed xylene gas.
The heater is powered and the temperature rise process of the temperature control instrument is monitored until the temperature specified by the process is stabilized.
Enterprises should formulate scientific and reasonable operating procedures, stipulate the temperature rise and constant temperature steps of the equipment, as well as the state, quantity and method of the workpiece. Employees should operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Drying of inflammable and explosive materials is strictly prohibited. Old equipment should be updated and products with safety gates should be used as much as possible.
