3 Safety design requirements 3.1 The design of the shredder should meet the requirements of this standard. 3.2 The connection of all parts should be firm and reliable, to ensure that no loosening occurs due to vibration and other conditions. 3.3 Protective device 3.3.1 The exposed rotating parts must have protective devices. The mesh of the protective device should ensure that no part of the human body will contact the rotating parts. 3.3.2 The guard should have sufficient rigidity to ensure that the human body does not produce deformation or displacement in time. 3.4 Feeding port 3.4.1 Artificially fed green and rough feeds (water plants such as grasses, water lilies, etc. and straws such as wheat straw, corn stalks, hawthorn and other vines, and vines) The feed hopper of the crusher shall not be less than 500 mm long; The height of the hopper platform should be 700mm-1100mm. 3.4.2 Grain feeders for artificial feeding (eg, wheat, soybeans, corn, dried sweet potatoes, ground bean cakes, etc.) The granulator shall be equipped with a particle hopper that can control the flow of material. 3.4.3 The crusher that automatically feeds the system must be equipped with a protective device that prevents foreign material from entering the crushing chamber. 3.4.4 At the feeding port of the manually fed crusher, there should be a warning sign “Don’t stick your hand into the crusher when workingâ€. 3.5 The crusher shall be equipped with an interlocking device to ensure that the motor cannot be started when the crushing chamber door or the crushing chamber door is not closed. (Single crushing machine with power less than 18 5 kW is not specified, but the manufacturing unit should be in the instruction manual In the clear warning.) 3.6 The crusher should have overload protection device and grounding mark. The small-sized crusher that does not have an electrical control box at the factory is used. The manufacturer should explain it in the instruction manual. 3.7 The outer shell and exposed parts of the shredder should be designed to avoid the sharp corners and edges that are easily injured. 3.8 The crusher shall indicate the turning of the main shaft in a prominent position. 3.9 The electrical control box and motor should have reliable grounding measures. When a small shredder is not equipped with a motor at the factory, the manufacturing unit should provide clear warning instructions in the instruction manual.
4 Manufacturing and Acceptance Requirements 4.1 The rotor of the crusher should be balanced according to the requirements of the SB/T10117 hammer mill. 4.2 Hammer mill pulverizer diametrically opposed to the total mass difference between the two groups of hammer shall not exceed 5g, tooth jaw mill flat teeth of the same group weight difference shall comply with JB/T6270-1992 342 requirements. 4.3 All rotating parts should be flexible and free of sticking and rubbing. The hammer on the rotor should be able to freely rotate around the pin under its own weight. 4.4 The guards and handles of the operating mechanism shall be painted with a striking paint that is different from the true color of the grinder. Dangerous areas should be marked according to the provisions in GB2893. 4.5 The dust concentration in the working area of the pulverizer shall not exceed 10mg/m3. 4.6 At least the following shall be marked in the product label: - product name; - standard number; - product model; - name of the manufacturing unit; - supporting power ; - Spindle speed; - Date of manufacture.
5 User's Manual 5.1 The crusher manufacturer shall provide instructions for the correct installation, use, maintenance, etc. of the user. The instructions for use should clearly specify the use of the shredder, including all instructions for safe and correct installation, use, and maintenance. Users should be required to use the crusher rationally according to their instructions, and at the same time warn of the potential danger of using the crusher in other incorrect ways than required by the instructions. 5.2 The instructions for the crusher should include: a) The crusher's own information, such as: - a detailed description of the crusher and its guards and interlocks; - the scope of use of the crusher; - the main technical parameters. b) Use information of the crusher: - Installation conditions (see 6.3); - Description of the connection between the crusher and the power source (see 6.2); - Description of the safety of the artificial feeding (see 3.4.4); Description of settings and adjustments (see 6.4); - Operating procedures, methods, precautions, and prone to erroneous operations and precautions during startup and operation (see 6.5, 6.6); - Disabling information. c) maintenance information: troubleshooting procedures, simple fault analysis and troubleshooting. d) Detailed address of the manufacturing unit, contact telephone, fax, etc.
6 Requirements for use 6.1 Before use, the operator should carefully read the instruction manual to understand the structure of the grinder, familiar with its performance and operating methods. 6.2 The power must be selected according to the specifications of the crusher, and the spindle speed must not be increased at will. 6.3 The working site of the crusher should be spacious, ventilated, with sufficient space for evacuation and equipped with reliable fire extinguishing equipment. 6.4 Before starting the machine, it shall be adjusted and maintained according to the instructions in the instruction manual, and at the same time check whether the fastener is tightened. In the case of ensuring human-machine security, it can start the boot, empty operation 2min-3min before feeding, the suction system must be in normal working condition before feeding. 6.5 If abnormal noise occurs during the work, stop immediately and check, it is forbidden to troubleshoot when the crusher is still running. 6.6 After the work is completed, it shall be run for 1 min to 2 min, and all the materials in the interior of the standby machine will be discharged before shutting down.
