To strengthen chemical control, the main targets of prevention and treatment are cabbage leafworm, diamondback moth, aphids, Spodoptera litura and other leaf pests. If there is a lack of seedbed fertilizer, water can be poured from the manure or a small amount of urea during the three-leaf period (it can be combined with drought-resistant watering). For severely deficient boron fields, a 1% borax solution may be sprayed on the four to five leaf stage.
