First, the filling valve

Second, the wine tank:
A three-chamber structure is adopted, in which one chamber is used for pre-exhaustion after filling, and the discharged mixed gas of the alcohol is collected centrally, and then discharged away from the filling area, thereby improving the cleanliness of the whole machine.

Third, ceramic membrane center tube
The low-position structure is completely separated from the compressed air passage, and a new ceramic coating technology is adopted, which is not lubricated with food oil.
Features: Health and safety, saving food oil, overcoming the phenomenon that food oil used in traditional structures is easy to leak into the wine tank, avoiding oil pollution.
Fourth, quick replacement of the guide bottle system:
1. The bottle screw, star wheel, guide bottle plate, and the inlet and outlet bottle guide rods are all equipped with quick assembly and quick adjustment structure.

2. The bottle screw adopts a spring compression follower.

The capping machine adopts worm gear transmission gear shaft lifting, double-blade crown cap commutator, and cover groove purple light sterilization; the gland head lifting sliding sleeve adopts high-strength composite material self-lubricating bearing, no need to refuel. The cap of the gland has an open structure, and the gland mold is made of a new material of high-strength ceramic.

Features of the gland head: Overcoming the contamination of the gland head by the conventional structure, and the gland head can be thoroughly cleaned. The gland is better and the equipment is durable.
In the aspect of beverage filling, the company introduced the rinsing-filling-screwing triplet PET bottle filling system technology of KHS carbonated beverages in the first half of the year. The products have been successfully developed and will be delivered to customers.
The main technical features of the aircraft:
