Decompression machine installation and maintenance tips
1. The installation of the dehumidifier in the place where the air circulates should be avoided as far as possible, because it will cause short circuit of the airflow and will not achieve the required dehumidification effect. Secondly, the dehumidifier should be placed on a firm and flat floor to avoid vibration and noise, while avoiding direct sunlight or access to heat.
2. The installation can be started. Before the dehumidifier is operated, the doors and windows should be closed first to prevent the humid external air from entering the room and affecting the dehumidification effect. If there is no special need in use, try to reduce the number of doors and windows to open and close.
3. In order to maintain the dehumidification capacity of the dehumidifier, the air filter should be cleaned at least once every two weeks, and it is best to do regular inspections every six months to one year. When not in use for a long time, dump all the water in the water collection tank, remove the dust from the filter, and place it in a place where the sunlight is not exposed and well ventilated. In addition, the dehumidifier should never be placed or inverted during storage to avoid damage to the compressor.
4. When the dehumidifier is not used for a long time, protective measures should be taken: when the dehumidifier is not used for a long time in winter or on a business trip, use a protective cover or a plastic bag to cover the dehumidifier to avoid sun, rain and dust deposition, resulting in future Difficulties in cleaning and maintenance.
5. Set the humidity of the dehumidifier correctly: When setting the humidity of the dehumidifier, set the humidity according to the actual feelings such as the feeling of humidity, the number of people in the space, and the size of the space. Under normal circumstances, when the indoor relative humidity is around 60% RH, the human body will feel more comfortable. When the humidity setting is too low, in addition to making people feel dry, it will shorten the life of the dehumidifier. (Because of the difference in humidity between indoor and outdoor, outdoor moisture diffuses into the room, causing the compressor to be frequently turned on and off, and also consumes energy).
6. Regularly check the dehumidifier: After the dehumidifier has been used for a long time, the internal wiring and control components of the unit will have different degrees of aging. In severe cases, the components will short-circuit the machine and cause harm to the human body. Regularly check the circuit of the dehumidifier, replace the aging components, and replenish the refrigerant, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by the aging of the components to the machine and the human body, and also keep the dehumidifier in a good working condition.
7. Regularly clean the dehumidifier: periodically remove the filter of the dehumidifier for cleaning, which can effectively improve the dedusting effect of the dehumidifier, improve the ambient air quality, and improve the working efficiency of the dehumidifier.
