Mechanical dehairing method: The current use of the "brush wheel type cotton dehairing machine", the machine uses pure mechanical means to take off the short fiber. Its characteristics are: simple operation, easy maintenance, low processing cost, power production process, no other ancillary facilities and auxiliary materials, but the damage rate is high.
Chemical dehairing method: At present, there are two kinds of foaming acid dehairing and dilute sulfuric acid (excessive) dehairing. The main difference between the dilute sulfuric acid (excessive) depilation and the foam acid dehairing is that the amount of sulfuric acid used in the excess acid degumming is more than 3 to 4 times the actual amount and the cotton seeds are stirred, and then the excess acid is removed and recycled. . The foam acid depilation is to add a certain amount of foaming agent to the amount of dilute sulfuric acid fluid, so that the volume of the sulfuric acid liquid increases 30 to 50 times, covering the cottonseed surface in the form of foam, cottonseeds absorb the acid solution by the action of the capillary. On short velvet, so it has little effect on the germination of cotton seed with cuts and cracks because it is not soaked.

The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure and fill in cylinder with an oxygen booster and compress the oxygen purity to 150bar.
With a customized container, all the parts can be involved in, and removable with a vehicle.
