Principle of Fluorescence Analysis of 254nm Short Wave Portable UV Analyzer (UV Analyzer)
When a substance molecule that is normally in the ground state is irradiated with excitation light (ie, ultraviolet light), the excited energy is absorbed, and the material molecule is in an excited state. The energy of the excited state molecule is partially consumed by vibration, so the molecule is at the vibration level. When the vibration energy level returns to the ground state, the excess energy is emitted in other forms, and the different substances can emit fluorescence of different wavelengths. Principle of Fluorescence Analysis of 365nm Long Wave Portable UV Analyzer (Long Wave UV Analyzer)
The analyzer uses low-pressure mercury vapor discharge. The low-pressure mercury lamp mainly emits 254nm short-wave ultraviolet light by photo-quantum transposition method. The inner wall of the tube is coated with a characteristic fluorescent material, so that it absorbs 254nm short-wave ultraviolet light and forms a wide 365nm edge. The ultraviolet spectrum band has low power consumption of the low-pressure mercury lamp, and it is turned on and off, and is filtered with the filter color to obtain high-energy long-wave ultraviolet rays.
