Pumps are the main irrigation and drainage machinery for spring and summer sowing. The main engine is a water pump. In the operation of the pump, it is inevitable that failure and damage will occur so that normal pumping will not be possible. Therefore, it is necessary to repair and adjust the water pump with poor pumping.
The pump does not absorb or drain. The reason for this is that the bottom valve is stuck, the filter water is blocked, the water absorption height is too high, or the suction air leaks. It may also be due to incorrect steering and blocked impeller flow channels. After checking one by one, measures such as repairing the bottom valve, removing the plug, correcting the steering, and cleaning the impeller may be taken separately.
The pipe leaks or leaks. The nuts may not be tightly tightened during installation. If the leakage is not serious, you can apply cement at the place where the air leaks or leaks, or apply cement paste mixed with asphalt oil. Temporary repairs may be coated with wet mud or soft soap. If water leaks at the joint, tighten the nut with a wrench. If it leaks badly, it must be disassembled.
Filler overheated. More often than not, the pressure of the packing is too tight, the cooling water cannot enter the packing, or the surface of the shaft is damaged. Can take appropriate loose packing, clean up the blockage. Filler wear must be replaced with new ones. The filler must be soaked in the oil before installation. The rotator should be installed one by one and the incisions should be staggered. This will reduce leakage. After the last ring of packing is installed, the gland must be tightly installed and the tightness adjusted after operation.

The pump vibrates violently. It may be that the electric rotor is unbalanced, or the coupling is poorly coupled, the bearing is worn and bent; or the parts of the rotating part may be loose and broken; it may also be due to the reason that the pipe bracket is not firm. Can be adjusted, repaired, reinforced, straightened, replaced, etc.
Impeller removal and repair. Impeller blades are damaged, or are affected by cavitation, etc. There are many pits on the surface and they should be replaced or plated with carbide. When the wear is not great, it can also be used for pouring. When disassembling, firstly fix the impeller and the pump shaft, loosen the nuts of the nut or the transmission device, then rotate the ejector pin screw, and gradually pull the transmission out. Then remove the shaft from the pump housing and remove the impeller for repair.
Repair of shaft defects. Bending of the pump shaft is often caused by shock loads, over-tightening of the belt, or improper installation. If the bend is not too severe, you can use a manual screw regulator to correct, but the force should not be too fierce. If the pump shaft cracks or breaks, it can be welded, welded or forged, and then tempered, turned and ground.
