Fault one: uneven feed
Cause Analysis:

Adjustment method:
First, under the premise that the spring teeth do not touch the cutter, the pull-out wheel should be moved as far as possible.

Third, the distance between the feed chain and the telescopic tip is kept at 10-15 cm.

Fault II: Conveyor blockage
Cause Analysis:
The tension of the conveyor belt is not enough or there is a phenomenon of running sideways, there are many debris in the trough, and the stem of the grain is moist. Adjustment method: Clear the plug and tighten the belt. When it is determined that the belt wear is not enough to transmit power, it should be replaced in time. Such as wheat straw excessive moisture, reduce the width of the cut width or wait for the straw to dry after harvest.
Threshing roller clogging cause: The belt is too loose or unevenly fed. The crop is thick and the stems are wet.
Adjustment method:
First, tighten the belt.
Second, control the amount of feed from the header.
Third, use the medium and large throttle to work.
Fourth, choose mature dry crops to harvest or increase cutworms.
Fault 3: Threshing is not clean
Cause Analysis:
The crop is growing well and progressing too fast. The threshing part has a large gap between the slats and the concave plate, and the rotational speed is low.
Adjustment method:
First, control the speed of advancement so that the cut length of the wheat field block is controlled within 2/3.
Second, adjust the threshing machine threshing gap, wear parts should be replaced in time.
Third, tension the power machine to move the threshing parts of the belt.
Fault 4: Loss of grain in the field
Cause Analysis:
The wheat is too mature and the straw is too dry. Threshing parts tile screen opening large.
Adjustment method:
First, choose the proper field harvest.
Second, narrow the gap between the threshing tile screen, the screen opening to maintain no more than 2/3, under the screen opening is generally not less than 1/3.
