Flat color super stunning stunning debut
Ultrasound diagnosis is safe, non-destructive, intuitive and simple, and is the preferred detection method for diagnosing routine projects. In recent years, the medical community has become increasingly demanding for more portable ultrasound devices. The portability of the device can greatly improve the diagnostic efficiency, allowing doctors to apply freely in both large hospitals and remote small clinics. In addition, for critically ill patients and elderly patients, portable ultrasound will also bring great convenience to their diagnosis. How to make a lighter, thinner and more convenient ultrasound product has always been the focus of industry attention and research and development.

At the Spring Medical Devices International Expo held in Shenzhen in April this year, Philips' "microvision" flat panel color ultrasound (VISIQ) was impressive. Under the premise of ensuring image quality, this product has subverted the perception of ultrasound and traditional imaging products by medical practitioners and patients with a "lighter and more stylish" touch screen design. Philips integrates image acquisition, beamforming and image processing into the probe and weighs only 1.2 kg. With its powerful features such as real-time composite imaging technology and automatic scanning, the “micro-vision†flat-panel color ultrasound can obtain high-quality images even in difficult cases.
Some experts believe that handheld ultrasound can enable doctors to obtain rich and rapid diagnostic information at will, which will fundamentally improve the doctor's diagnosis process and care for patients.
Pocket ultrasound outcrop
Due to the strong demand for portable handheld ultrasound, medical device manufacturers around the world have increased their research and development of handheld ultrasound. Along with the maturity of technology, a number of innovative products have emerged in the market, such as the P10 clamshell black-and-white handheld B-sound released by Siemens, and the VScan flip-type mobile phone handheld color super-capacitor of General Electric Company.
As early as 2009, Siemens launched the world's first handheld ultrasound ACUSON P10, and obtained CFDA access. Small and exquisite is the biggest feature of this machine, this system is slightly larger than the ordinary PDA, and can be easily loaded into the overalls pocket. It weighs only 700g and can be flipped and used like a mobile phone, making it intuitive and convenient to operate. P10 handheld ultrasound can observe patient images anytime and anywhere, and is convenient for bedside examinations in departments such as internal medicine, emergency department, cardiology, obstetrics, ICU, CCU and other departments.

In the same year, GE Healthcare also introduced the Vscan Pocket Ultrasound System. The display section of the device is equipped with the same 3.5-inch LCD panel as the iPhone, measuring only 135mm x 73mm x 28mm and weighing 390g. In addition to being portable, the ultrasonic diagnostic device has a simple operation mode: even if there is no keyboard, several dial keys are very intuitive to use and can be completed with one hand. This scanner is positioned for immediate scanning, in addition to assessing the heart's general indicators by detecting heartbeats, it can also display color blood flow, showing stones in the scanned gallbladder and kidneys, tumors and those that need a dedicated ultrasound scan The instrument can check for anomalies.

The national ultrasound enterprise is not to be outdone, and Lan Yun has also launched a hand-held all-digital ultrasonic diagnostic system NeuCrystal P09 with completely independent intellectual property rights. The system is light and practical, and has a beautiful appearance. Excellent image quality, powerful features and convenient operation.

In the current development trend of ultrasound, we can find the following characteristics. With the popularity of the iPad, the use of touch screens has become more widespread. The high-end color ultrasound keyboard is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen on the upper part of the keyboard. The low-end black-and-white super is also popular with touch adjustment gain, depth and TGC. Second, the probe socket is changed to USB, such as GE's Vscan and Philips' VISIQ. In addition, the wireless image transmission WIFI function of ultrasound images has also attracted more and more attention. Some experts believe that the high-tech products that integrate ultrasound imaging technology with modern communication technology will subvert the traditional concept, make the patient's ultrasound diagnosis more convenient, make telemedicine possible, and can be widely used in inaccessible areas. And in the battlefield, sudden disaster.
Out of the imaging department, integrating the stethoscope
In this spring academic forum, the development trend of ultrasound is mentioned. Some experts believe that the miniaturization of ultrasound is an increasingly clear development direction. In the future, ultrasound may go out of the imaging department and integrate with the stethoscope to become a doctor. Regular diagnostic tools in their hands. In 1816, French doctor Renek invented the stethoscope, and almost all doctors used stethoscopes for the next two centuries. But in addition to electronic stethoscopes that amplify signals and filtering, there is little progress in stethoscope styles and techniques. Ultrasound can provide anatomical and functional information without ionizing radiation. In the past five years, ultrasound diagnosis has largely replaced stethoscope in cardiovascular, maternal and gastrointestinal diseases. In the near future, the handheld ultrasound diagnostic device suitable for clinical screening will have the functions of sound amplification, image display and remote transmission, and become a "visual inspection device" that doctors carry with them.
At present, handheld ultrasound has become a useful auxiliary auscultation instrument, and a handheld ultrasound doctor can quickly make a diagnosis at the bedside. According to reports, in the United States, emergency doctors have been trained to perform abdominal and cardiac ultrasound examinations using handheld ultrasound. Palm ultrasound is also used in obstetrics, intensive care ultrasound, catheter replacement and so on. One surprising result is that first-year medical students who are trained in handheld ultrasound use a higher rate of diagnosis of cardiac abnormalities than clinical experts who often use stethoscopes.
Some experts pointed out that handheld ultrasound needs to be improved in two aspects. In terms of technology, the size is smaller and the design is more ergonomic. In addition, in education, doctors must be regarded as an extension of the sensory ultrasound and continue to carry out the ultrasound medicine course throughout the medical education process.
