Micro-emulsified diesel is different from traditional emulsified diesel. Traditional emulsified diesel is a non-thermodynamic stable system of milky white. It will stratify in long-term placement, which seriously restricts the promotion and application of emulsified oil. Micro-emulsified diesel is different from ordinary blended diesel. The ordinary blended diesel has no special good quality, the emulsifier is used in a large amount, the cost is high, and the emulsified oil is milky white, and the micro-emulsified diesel has no difference from the ordinary emulsified diesel. Clarified, transparent, stable liquid, and in the combustion of working conditions, micro-emulsified diesel has many excellent special qualities. It is noted that the molecules of water droplets are dispersed after using the high-shear dispersion micro-machine manufactured by Iken. More uniform, smaller particles, and emulsified diesel is clearer and more transparent. The high shear dispersing micro-mechanism can significantly reduce the amount of emulsifier, save costs, and increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
In diesel engines, due to the higher cylinder operating temperature, a large amount of soot with nitrogen oxides is generated, and the water in the micro-emulsified diesel reduces the cylinder operating temperature and thus reduces the amount of nitrogen oxides generated during the combustion process. At high temperatures, tiny droplets rapidly "micro-explosion", causing the oil droplets to be atomized into smaller droplets twice, making combustion more complete. At the same time, the water particles in the fuel mist generate hundreds of millions of micro-vapor explosions, which cause fine surface maintenance on the inner surface of the combustion chamber of the engine, so that no precipitation is formed on the inner surface of the combustion chamber and the original sediment can be effectively removed (carbon deposit, colloid, etc.) ) also greatly reduced the emission of dust and nitrogen oxides.

High-shear dispersion micro-computer is a new type of nano-patent technology. Second, the working principle

The high-shear dispersing and miniaturizing machine is composed of a driving motor, a bearing seat, an emulsification machine head, etc., and the materials are all made of high-quality stainless steel, and are precisely formed by forging. The internal stator of the micro-machine head is more compact, more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant after special forging. In the manufacturing process, strict control, layer-by-layer implementation, each component must be manufactured by a sophisticated CNC machining center, the quality of the machine has reached the international advanced level in the same industry.
The high shear dispersing micro-combiner has three stages. The function of the first stage is to quickly draw the material into the first working chamber under the high-speed movement of the driving motor for mixing and homogenization. In the second stage under high-speed shearing and centrifugal extrusion, due to the instantaneous change of the angular direction of the rotating stator and the relative speed of the rotating stator, the material forms strong droplet shearing and turbulence in a very narrow working cavity. And produces a powerful shock wave, causing severe oscillations. The droplets are continuously deformed, broken, and refined. After entering the third stage, the angle, direction and flow rate are changed several times in an instant. Under the action of the hydrodynamic effect, the dispersed phase particles or drops of the material are continuously refined by high-speed shearing, extrusion grinding, and impact crushing. The last stage is also the finest level. Because the working chamber is narrower, more precise, and the frequency of shearing is higher, after tens of millions of high-speed shearing, extrusion grinding, and impact crushing per minute, the material is obtained. It is fully dispersed, emulsified and refined, and its minimum dispersion refinement can reach 0.1μm.
